Why are they not there in my basic options? I don't understand how to enable them I thought it was automatic!

As these bugs are being worked out you can always use "Tube Tool Box" (http://tubetoolbox.com) is known to make youtube 10 times the fun, more organizeded and is rated the number one youtube software bot on the net.
